THE COMPANY
My client is an internationally recognized company, selling back office solutions into large corporate and blue-chip accounts across the world. Established in the US my client has offices throughout the EMEA and Asian region also. Every sales person hit target last year highlighting the desirability of the service provided. Currently the company is going through a huge period of organic growth and hence has a need for a driven and ambitious Key Account Manager to share in its success.
THE ROLE
Your role will be to sell the companies services across the EMEA region focusing solely on corporate and blue-chip accounts. You will be dealing with key decision makers at board level only and therefore an ability to negotiate contracts and close deals at this level is essential. You will be responsible for the full sale cycle including self generation of leads, company research and analysis, cold calling and appointment set-up. You will then close those deals using your negotiation skills face to face. You will be tasked with meeting and exceeding your monthly revenue targets and growing the business whilst maintaining and delivering on the relationships you have formed.
KEY EXPERIENCE
You will have five years new business sales experience selling to large multinational companies or blue-chips. A proven and demonstrable track record of generating £150k per annum is required and strong contract and fee negotiation skills are essential.
You will be highly self motivating, driven and have ambitions to be part of a company only 5% into its growth plan. You will have the ability to negotiate and close business at board level with presentation skills to match. A degree level candidate with languages is an ideal but not a necessity.

Basic Salary: £40K - £50K
OTE: £80K - £100K
