This is a management role where you will be managing the internal telesales team and the SME field sales team. As well as management duties you will also carry your own target. Reporting directly into the Chief Exec on a weekly basis, you will have the opportunity to run and manage your team any way you see fit to get the best results.

Fast becoming the UK leader in fleet management systems my client offers a 3 in 1 vehicle management system comprising a computer, a GPS location device and a communication unit. Established for 4 years they have 22 staff in total but they are currently undertaking a massive recruitment drive due to rapid growth.

Key Experience

My client is specifically looking for someone who has previously worked as a Sales Manager within the same industry. If you do not have this you will not be considered for the role. If you are a Sales Manager who has industry experience but is looking for a more lucrative package still make the call to us because it can be negotiated, the right person is key here.
